Going Global -- The State of HR Readiness 

The goal of this survey is to help you assess the state of readiness of your HR and HRIT function, relative to other organizations, in order to perform efficiently and effectively in the ever globalizing world. Specifically, the objectives of this survey are to:

• Understand where today's HR/HRIT organizations are in the globalization life cycle;
• Assess the efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment of today's global HR/HRIT organizations; and
• Uncover the value that HR/HRIT is bringing to today's global enterprise.

This survey has 35 questions and should take you about 20 minutes to complete.
