Going Global in 2010 – A Survey on the State of HR Readiness 

This survey is jointly sponsored by IHRIM and Jeitosa Group International to assess the readiness of the HR and HRIT function to go global.

Specifically, the objectives of this survey are to:

• understand where today's HR organizations are in the globalization life cycle;
• assess the efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment of today's global HR organizations; and
• determine the value that HR is bringing to today's global enterprise.

This survey has 37 multiple choice questions and should take about 20-30 minutes to complete. It is organized into the following areas:
