Who is Qualified to Participate?  This survey is open to IT personnel who manage email, messaging and collaboration technology for organizations of all sizes. To reduce bias, the survey is not open to vendors of messaging products or services, or their representatives.

Confidentiality.  All information you provide, including your email address, will be kept completely confidential. Only summaries of the data, averaged across many organizations, will be shared with third parties.
