Hartford Public Schools Family Satisfaction Survey
Hartford Public Schools is conducting a satisfaction survey among parents/guardians. The purpose of this survey is to better understand your perceptions and attitudes towards your child’s school. Hartford Public Schools has hired an independent company, Market Decisions, to conduct this satisfaction survey.
We ask that you take a few moments to fill out and return this survey. Answering the questions should take about 10-15 minutes of your time. Please be assured that the information you provide will be held in the strictest confidence. Your name and individual results will not be shared with anyone.
To complete this survey, indicate your answer by clicking on your answer or writing in the boxes provided. If there are any questions you do not feel comfortable answering, please just skip these questions.
